Time: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Annual "Grub on the Green", a community wide potluck meal. All welcome - residents of Lunenburg and neighboring communities, as well as visitors to the area, and those just passing through town.
As with other potluck meals, bring some food of your choice to share (main dish, side dish, or a combination) and maybe a lawn chair. There will be electrical outlets to accommodate some crock-pots and large bowls for chips. The Committee will also provide paper goods, drinks, desserts and picnic tables. Carol Hausner and Jonathan Kaplan will liven things up with an acoustic blend of traditional, roots, and original music while you enjoy your meal and visiting on the Common. The rain location is the Lunenburg Primary School behind the Common on Bobbin Mill Road. It'll be a great event regardless of the weather!
This annual event is sponsored by the Top of the Common Committee to provide an opportunity to share a meal, enjoy some music, and do some visiting in a beautiful, convenient, central location
