The Northeast Kingdom has three state airports within the tri-county region known as the Kingdom - Caledonia, Essex and Orleans. Pilots should check out the web site, www.airnav.com, for current FAA charts and airport specifications.
THE AIRPORTS ARE:
Caledonia County: Caledonia County State Airport, 2107 Pudding Hill Road, Lyndonville, VT 05851. 802-626-3353. Fax: 802-626-3857.

The Caledonia County State Airport does not have staff on-site, but does have self-serve fuel 24 hours a day. The airport runway is asphalt.
Essex County: John Boylan State Airport, Route 105, Island Pond, VT 05846. 802-334-5001.
John Boylan State Airport has no fuel or on-site staff, and has a turf runway.
Orleans County: Newport State Airport, 2628 Airport Road, Newport, VT 05855. 802-334-5001.

Newport State Airport is staffed by Lakeview Aviation from 9 am. to 5 pm. and has self-serve fuel available 24 hours a day. Lakeview Aviation offers flight instruction and aircraft rentals. The airport has an asphalt runway.
