Who should attend? Managers, cooks, chefs, wait staff, bartenders, supervisors, owners, culinary teachers, dietary aides, catterers and anyone who prepares, handles, or serves food to the public.
What you receive: Upon successful completion of the exam (a passing score is 75% or higher) you will receive a ServSafe Certificate from the National Restaurant Accociation issued through the state partner, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce. Cerfificates are valid for five years. Cost: $135 for Vermont Chamber member; $185 for non-member. Cost includes: textbook and exam; certificate upon completion; coffee, tea and water. Deadline to register is five business days before the class.
