Learn to do two color knitting while creating a stranded color work project, using the hat pattern I will provide. You will learn to read a chart, maintain tension, keep colors consistent on the back, and more
Materials: Three different colors of contrasting light worsted weight yarn that go together well. (This will be approximately 50g of the main color and 25 and 10 g of contrasting colors). Appropriate needles for working the yarn: 16" circular or needles for your preferred method of circular knitting. Homework: You will cast on and knit circularly in 1X1 or 2X2 ridding for 1 1/4 inches (3" or 4" and more yarn if you want to turn it up) on needles one size smaller than those you will use in the class. (CO numbers to be provided)
